in support of ocean conservation at the Channel Islands and Heal the Ocean

Swim or kayak the Channel. Anyone who can confidently swim 20 to 30 minutes in open ocean water can join. Make memories for a lifetime!
Your registration fee of $150 covers all your
expenses. Each participant must raise $500 in donations. Registration packets are available online at www.sbchannelswim.org. Registration deadline is July 31, 2008.
Sponsor a swimmer or kayaker.
Reward those who are crazy enough to do this by sponsoring them. This year’s beneficiaries are the National Marine Sanctuary Foundation and Heal the Ocean.

Corporate Sponsorship funds will provide hands-on field opportunities for under served school children in Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties to go to the beach, ride a boat, and visit the Channel Islands for the first time in an effort to inspire ocean conservation and a stewardship ethic.
