The SBCSA celebrates the past season’s swims in February. The banquet is held in Ventura at the Ventura Yacht Club on Saturday evening. Swimmers share their experiences and have a chance to network with other swimmers, organizations, and pilots. Past guest speakers include Sarah Thomas, Amy Appelhans Gubser, and a representative from NOAA who spoke about the Channel Islands. Sunday morning, we go on a short group swim at Seaward in Ventura.
